My favourite foundation brush at the moment has to be the Sigmax HD Angled Top Kabuki brush by Sigma; a super soft synthetic brush that applies liquid, cream and powder foundation beautifully.
The bristles are really tightly packed so you get a very even, precise application. Its cheap too, only 16USD!
