This weekend was dedicated to final bits and pieces of unpacking, buying things for the house, eating thai food with friends and getting my makeup studio organised.
Whilst rifling through boxes of different products I came across some old favourites that I haven’t used in awhile and decided to give them an airing. A recently forgotten fave in the form of Estee Lauder Illuminating Gelee, truly one of the prettiest highlighters around – got a good amount of usage this weekend, along with my current favourite shower gel from The Body Shop and Boots amazing Cocoa Butter body cream. I also paid a visit to Nasser Pharmacy and picked up some lip balm from Nuxe as I’d heard such good things about it. Happily, it didn’t disappoint; its super creamy and thick but amazingly effective at repairing tired, chapped lips. Not a texture that will float everyone’s boat for sure but a winner in my eyes.
The dogs also had a great weekend, they spent a lot of time out the front of the house sniffing around and giving everyone that passed by the evils.
