A quick post about this little beauty that arrived the other day. Although I usually ooh and aah after these kits, it’s a rare occasion that one is gorgeous to spur me on to actually make a purchase – and this is one of those rare occasions!
To commemorate 15 years in business, uber designer Matthew Williamson has teamed up with Benefit to create this utterly gorgeous kit of four eyeshadows (solid gold, get down brown, disco dust and feel so teal), a miniature of They’re Real, gimme fever cheek powder and lip gloss in inferno. The shadows are as gorgeous on as they look in the pan, and incredibly pigmented. Feel so teal is my absolute favourite – the perfect shade for the lower lash line when you’re rocking a more tanned look.
The whole thing is encased in a beautiful box designed by Mr. Williamson himself. I have to admit that even if the products and shades inside were not that great, I would still buy it – just for the box! I’m sure this will thrill makeup lovers and limited edition collectors, and of course, die-hard fans of Matthew Williamson. It’s on the shelves from September 1st for Dhs175 (in and around 36 euro), and it will be available here from the usual outlets; Sephora, Faces and so on.
What do you think? Will you making a dash for this when it’s released?
