I’m not a fragrance person, and by that I mean I don’t collect fragrance or have more then two on the go at any time. I tend to use them all up and then usually buy the same again or if I get a whiff or something nice in Duty Free, I’ll pick it up. I just don’t feel the same about perfume as I do about makeup, hence the lack of fragrance posts on this blog. I do however, like to smell nice and occasionally I will smell something so pleasant and yummy that I feel the need to tell people about it.
So here we are, Oh, Lola by Marc Jacobs has stolen my makeup loving heart. First of all, lets just take a look at the bottle. Its like something barbie would have, and as I love Barbie, I love this! Pink and girly with a huge plastic flower as the lid? Yes please. The fragrance itself is also delicious, it smell’s like raspberry and peonies with a little bit of woody something in there too (I’m great at describing smelly things, ha!) Its fresh but not overpowering and now my perfect fragrance for daytime. I don’t know that much about Marc Jacob’s previous forays in perfume, but the boy done good here!
