I hummed and hawed about ordering these brushes from Sigma. Yes, I have Sigma brushes in my kit for a couple of years now and they are very good but…. did I really need them and are they really that good? I just didn’t know. Then, my friend Siobhan from LetzMakeup did a review and she loved them and I thought well, that’s it then! If Siobhan likes them they must be good! So I ordered them and yes they are that good and it seems now I did need them, ha!
Sigma say: “The brushes in this collection feature exclusive Synthetic filament, specially designed to apply powder and liquid products without absorption into the fibers. The shape, density and height of the filaments were carefully engineered to perfectly buff products onto the skin, resulting in a high definition effect.”
They are incredibly soft synthetic brushes and apply cream and liquid products like a dream. You can also use them for powder contouring, bronzing and so on. Although there are three different brushes they all effectively do the same thing, just decide which one you want to use for what. I have been using the angled one for liquid products and it’s just gorgeous.
The three brushes are sold as a kit on Sigma’s website for $42 (15BD/30e) which is excellent value for money. Sigma also ship worldwide, yay!
Have any of you tried these yet? If not, I highly recommend them!
