I have read about this mascara on so many blogs lately so I thought it was time to try it out!
Rimmel Day 2 Night Mascara offers two brushes in one tube, one for “daytime” which is lengthening and one for “nighttime” which adds volume. Pretty much another (cheaper) version of Haute & Naughty lash by MAC.
As I expected, it’s pretty good. Personally, I am not a fan on lengthening mascara’s but it certainly does the job. The volume side of it is very very good. You can use lenghtening first, then the volume brush over it or just the volume brush on its own. Either way, it works very well. The only thing I would say is to try and get one or 2 very good coats of the volume brush on, getting right in to the lash roots and wiggling it out, as constant application results in clumping because its quite a thick formula and the brush picks up a lot of product.
For 5BD/9EURO you really can’t go wrong!
