The makeup look for Rodarte was created by the very talented (and beautiful!) makeup artist James Kaliardo’s, working for MAC Cosmetics.
Concentrating on sculpting the cheekbones and layering beautiful golden wheat shades on the eyes and lips, James applied concealer to the eyelashes and MAC Chromagraphic pencil on the inner rim of the eyes to keep the look soft and mono-chromatic. Only models with hair the colour of straw were selected for the show adding to an overall ‘shes from the country’-esque feel.
Interesting, striking and beautifully executed, but would you wear this look off the catwalk?
