Obsessed with this, absolutely obsessed. What a beautiful perfume in every way imaginable. I received this as a very unexpected gift last week and momentarily considered giving it to my Mum as I’m not a huge fragrance girl (although that has changed slightly in the last few months), but when I had a peek at the bottle I knew she wasn’t going to see it for dust (sorry Mum). The packaging alone is completely swoon-worthy; sleek and elegant gold design, with a simple logo embossed at the base of the bottle.
The lid, when lifted off, stays connected to the bottle by a delicate chain – which you can see in the picture above. Amazeballs. Stunning packaging aside, the perfume itself is so very very lovely. It’s a very soft, womanly, slightly floral scent and I’m afraid that about does it for my descriptive skills. For those of you who know a bit more about fragrance, it apparently has top notes of Orange Blossom and Pink Pepper and base notes of talc and rice powder. All I know is, I like it quite a lot and recommend you have a whiff of it next time you’re near the perfume counter.
