“Being a make up artist I have a really extensive kit which would be impossible and highly impractical to carry around with me at all times. My philosophy with regards to make up is to experiment and have fun with it. Some days I simply wear eyebrow filler, mascara, and lip balm and others I wear three to four blended shadows, lashings of liner and false lashes. I love how make up can totally change how you feel and set the mood for a night out. My make up routine consists of primer, foundation, bronzer/contour, concealer, blush, eyebrow filler, eyeshadow primer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick and gloss in that order.

Because a lot of these items are regularly re-purchased holy grail items most of them remain in my make up bag for at least a year. The only products I really add/remove for my everyday make up bag are eye and lip products because I like to chop and change colours depending on the occasion and season.

I love Hello Kitty items, anything from key rings to stationary. I also love a touch of pink or leopard print for the likes of wallets and make up bags so the combination of all three in one bag screamed had-to-have. This bag is also semi clear so I can see what’s inside before having to root out and item and the material means it’s really easy to keep clean which is important to me. I can’t stand a grubby stained make up bag so regular baby wipe cleaning sessions are a must! I purchased this bag in H&M, a store I not only adore for fashion but for dinky accessories like these. It’s a perfect size that fits all of the items I’ve listed above and I can even squeeze a matching Hello Kitty hairbrush in.
