I’m speed reviewing again – five more products are on my hitlist!
No. 7 Protect & Perfect Intensively Moisturising Body Serum
Considering this is Boots own brand, I definitely didn’t expect this to be as good as it is. Lovely thin formula, incredibly moisturising and disappears into the skin after about one minute, leaving no trace. Quite a strong flowery scent initially but fades after a few seconds. Highly recommend. Available online here.
Shiseido Face Colour Enhancing Trio
Beautiful packaging aside, this is on the more subtle side of things when it comes to blush/bronzing. Not hugely pigmented but applies a nice faint sweep of colour to the cheeks. The brush inside is quite good. Available online here.
Max Factor Excess Volume Mascara
Double ended mascaras weird me out and this one is no different. HUGE brush on the Extreme Volume end that gives surprisingly good separation and volume. Avoid the other end. That is all. Available online here.
Laura Mercier Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser
Oh how I love this product. Provides nice light coverage with a gorgeous sheen. Amazing formula and lasts a fair whack of time. The only downside is that you absolutely cannot use this all over your face or you will look like a glowworm. Outer edges of the face, top of the cheeks only. Available online here.
Shiseido Sheer Eye Zone Corrector
A recent discovery, I applied this and was stunned by its magical correcting abilities. Super thin formula in twisty pen packaging, it somehow adds light to the under eye area and significantly reduces any bags or dark shadows. My under eye area looks so fresh I can’t even tell you! A must-have. Available online here.
