To fringe or not to fringe, that is the question. Those of you who follow me on Twitter will know I’ve been going back and forth about this for the last few weeks. Many of you think it’s a great idea, especially for winter but a lot of you also think it’s too high maintenance a style and within a few weeks I’ll be sick of it (highly likely).

But, I still reeeeeally want to do it. Usually, I jump into these things without thinking and have always been quite easy going when it comes to my hair, something that has often worked out for me but also resulted in being effectively scalped by Toni & Guy in Singapore. More on that another day!

These are the fringes I’m currently crushing on…

The idea of it is just so stylish and a little bit boho. It looks so easy breezy but sadly, we all know the amount of time it takes to straighten it/lift it/fix it/get it to lie down! What’s stopping me getting the chop is two things; finding a hairdresser who will actually understand what kind of fringe I want and also, how I’ll feel after I get it done. Will I love it? Or will I curse my stupidity and immediately pin it up and wait 6 months for it to grow out? Who knows…
