I do love a good boucle blazer from ASOS, so I decided it was time to splurge on another one!
In my defense, this one is black and grey – the other ones I have are more summery (neon and a light grey). I’m wearing a lot of dark colours at the moment as I’m feeling quite wintery (and its bloody freezing here) so I thought this one would be a good fit.
It’s slightly heavier material than the summery ones, which I quite like and the fit is really nice. It’s probably not the most practical purchase I ever made as I’m going home to Ireland in a few weeks to no doubt freeze my ass off. I have a feeling that this blazer – although fabulous, just won’t cut it in the keeping-me-warm stakes so I’m now on the hunt for a gorgeous knee-length winter coat. I think Zara might end up being the one who comes up with the goods but I’m open to suggestions! If you’ve spotted any fabulous ones online let me know ๐
